With the proud endorsement of the Ministry of Interior and Municipalities, the Muhanna Foundation and the Lebanese American University (LAU) are honored to have witnessed the third generation comprised of thirty six participants belonging to twenty eight municipalities across Lebanon graduate from the Municipal Administration and Finance Diploma program.
Through our team and expertise the MAFD program has, up till this date, educated 131 municipal members from 91 Municipalities and 12 unions as well as 7Â members from the Ministry of Interior in the fields of general and legal frame work, administration and finance. It is worth noting that attendance sheets were completed throughout the programs. The results are impassive. Only 310 man-hours were missed out by participants of the 10,500 man-hours taught.
